The BL2605 ECP medium-duty keypad lock is part of Borg Locks’ Marine Grade series, designed to handle the toughest outdoor environments. It goes through a special e-plating process and has been salt spray tested for over 1,000 hours, while all key internal parts are made from high-grade stainless steel. This ensures long-lasting performance in harsh conditions where electronic or key locks aren’t practical, such as areas that must meet ISPS code standards.
Like all our Easicode Pro (ECP) models, this medium-duty keypad lock features Borg Locks’ patented on-the-door code change system. This makes updating the code quick and secure, reducing the time take to 30 seconds or less.
Tested to 100,000 cycles, the BL2605 ECP is built for durability and offers over 4,000 possible code combinations for access control you can rely on. This lock is designed for applications where a regular mortice latch won’t fit. Instead, it comes with a rim-fixed deadbolt, making it perfect for securing thinner gates and doors.
This medium-duty keypad lock is suitable for external timber and composite doors and gates, providing a weather-resistant and reliable locking solution, offering higher levels of security with use of a deadbolt over a tubular latch.
