The BL2701 ECP offers a specialist unit in our range of Easicode Pro, featuring a key by-pass built into the knob handle, offering a override of the coding chamber itself. This is a mid tier digital combination lock designed for Fire Tested doors.
Independent successful fire resistance test was carried out on the BL2701 ECP FT lock by BM Trada for 30 and 60 minutes in accordance with BS EN1634-1 and BS EN1363-1. Each fire tested kit comes fully supplied with the required stainless steel fittings and intumescent kits to keep it fully in accordance with the required certification.
Separating the Easicode Pro range from the conventional locks is the patented “On the door” code change method. With this, the long and drawn out method of removing tumblers from the back of the keypad is over, cutting down what could be a 10-15 minute job to one that takes only 30 seconds.
With it being cycle tested to 100,000 cycles to show it’s durability, the BL2701 ECP represents the medium tier of small, mechanical keypad locks. This keypad comes with over 4000 potential combinations and a key override, allowing the key to bypass the code. If buying multiple units, a keyed alike option is available so all units share the same key.
This lock comes with a anti-thrust 60mm tubular latch that is fully marine grade and made of durable materials.
As an added extra, this unit can come with a holdback function as required at no additional cost for situations where the door needs to remain open and unlocked.
This lock is suitable for internal use on wooden and composite doors.
