Combining a specially designed lockcase with a marine grade keypad, the BL3000 ECP gate lock series is designed for metal box section gates. The lockcase utilizes a forend fixing system to ease up any fitting issues.
The BL3130DKO ECP in particular comes with back to back knob turn keypad and anti-climb housing, all of which are salt spray tested for 1000 hours. The latch bolt is fully adjustable and, like the keypad, is fully reversible to allow it to suit left and right handed hung gates of many different thicknesses.
Differentiating the Easicode Pro range from the conventional locks is the patented “On the door” code change method. With this, the long and drawn out method of removing tumblers from the back of the keypad is over, cutting down what could be a 10-15 minute job to one that takes only 30 seconds.
This specific model however, separates itself from the BL3130 ECP with the inclusion of a key override. This allows entry with a separate key and offers a deadbolt function as standard. This is a double sided 60mm (30mm each side) euro profile key cylinder.
This model comes with a knob turn keypads on both sides, both with separate coding chambers. This allows separate codes to be inserted on each keypad if needed and makes sure that the code is required both to enter and exit. This is suited for external metal box section gates between 30-60mm on standard fixings. An XL latchbolt is available to suit profiles up to 120mm as an optional extra (part S311a).
