The BL3435 KO ECP is a metal gate lock designed for flat bar gates, offering a secure and reliable solution. This metal gate lock is perfect for gates with a thickness between 10-30mm, making it ideal for situations where the standard BL3000 range might be too wide to fit.
What makes this metal gate lock different from the standard BL3000 range is its trigger-release deadbolt. Unlike many other combination gate locks, which utilise a sprung-loaded latch that can be easily pushed back if exposed, the BL3435 KO features a deadbolt that can only be released with a single button press. Once engaged and shut, no amount of pressure on the bolt will cause it to retract without the correct code, making this secure gate lock extremely reliable and tamper-resistant.
The BL3435 is equipped with back-to-back keypads and free-turning handles, which only allow access after the correct code is entered. As a heavy duty gate lock, it comes with an anti-climb lockcase, fully adjustable and reversible latchbolt, ensuring it fits securely onto metal box sections of both right- and left-hand hung gates. The key cylinder functions as a key override, allowing bypass without needing a code.
The Easicode Pro coding chamber is another standout feature of this metal gate lock. A patented innovation, the coding chamber allows for an easy “on the door” code change method, saving time and eliminating the risk of damage caused by faulty code changes.
This secure gate lock, like all our black Marine Grade models, is salt spray tested to 1000 hours, proving its durability and resistance to the elements.
